The Pet owner will present their dog for boarding in a clean, groomed condition and up to date with vaccinations, de-flea and anti-worm treated. Owner to provide own food and feeding instructions.

The owner undertakes to make full and complete disclosure in the booking form of any fact, quality or characteristic which might render the dog/dogs unsuitable for boarding including but not limited to, behavioural or health problems, anti-social behaviour including aggression, incontinence, or excessive loud barking whining.

Failure on the part of the owner to disclose herein any matter which might render the dog unsuitable for boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of this agreement and any outstanding fees will immediately become due payable.

The owner understands that other dogs will be staying on the premises at the time my dog will be boarding. The owner has no objection to this. The owner understands Croft Kennels will not leave dogs unattended together at any time.

The owner understands that high standards are adhered to at all times but that accidents can and do happen, Croft Kennels will not be held responsible. The owner consents to my dog being crated in the event of an emergency if it is for the dog’s own safety.

The owner gives permission for photographs/videos of dog/dogs for advertising and social media.

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner or emergency contact in the event of an emergency. However, Croft Kennels reserves the right to make decisions regarding the dog’s health provided it is acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon.

The dog owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred, including consultations, treatment as well as any unexpected expenses that may occur during the dog owner’s absence.

If the dog owner instructs Croft Kennels to exercise the dog/dogs off lead, the dog owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused as a result. The dog owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by the dog.

Deposit 25% of full booking fee is required at time of booking.
